Description

A special program for new Muamalat Priority customers who wish to place their funds in PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. across various products, including: Saving Accounts (SA), Time Deposits (TD), or Wealth Products (Sukuk, Mutual Funds, Bancassurance) all at once.

Program Terms and Conditions:

a. New Customer, have never had a CIF (Savings or Loans) at Bank Muamalat ;

b. Fresh Fund with a minimum AUM of IDR 500 million for 3 months with a minimum placement in CASA of IDR 250 and the remaining funds must be placed in Deposit or Wealth Products;
Example of placement formulation:

  • CASA = IDR 250 million
  • Deposit or Wealth Product = IDR 250 million
  • The Customer activating MDIN and activating the ATM with minimum 1x Transaction;

d. Customer funds in the Funding & Wealth products MUST be held for 3 months;

e. Fill out and Agree the NTB Bundling program form, which will be validated by the Bank.

 
Other Provisions

:

1. The verification process and approval of program participation, as well as account opening, are entirely at the discretion of Bank Muamalat.

2. Rewards for customers will be given on M+3, as per the example period below:

3. In its sole discretion, The Bank may make changes to the terms and conditions of the Program, or disqualify Customers who do not fulfill or are suspected of committing fraud or abuse of the provisions of this Program.

Who is eligible to participate in the NTB Bundling program?

All new customers who have never had a CIF (Savings or Loans) at Bank Muamalat.

What is the minimum amount of funds and the required duration for fund placement in order for customers to receive the reward  ?

Customers must maintain a minimum AUM balance of IDR 500 million and place the funds according to the chosen program for a duration of 3 months.

What are the requirements to receive the reward for the NTB Bundling program ?

Customers can participate in the NTB Bundling program by placing a minimum of Rp250 million in CASA,  and the remaining funds must be placed in Deposit or Wealth Products, and by meeting the applicable terms and conditions

As an example, if a customer participates in the program in March 2026, when will they receive the reward ?

Rewards for customers will be given on M+3. Therefore, if a customer participates in the program on March 2026 and meets the criteria, the reward (E-Voucher Code) will be sent to the customer via SMS on July 2026.
