PT BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA Tbk SHAREHOLDER COMPOSITION 

The shareholder composition of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk as of  31 October 2025 is as follows: 

BPKH share ownership changed by +0.04% from 82.65% to 82.69%.  

The change in share ownership occurred on 3 December 2024 after the transfer of shares of Hajj pilgrims from 1992-1994 (‘Hajj Shares’) whose whereabouts were unknown, totaling 12,507,733 series A shares from the escrow account to BPKH, which was carried out by the Securities Administration Bureau, PT Datindo Entrycom. 

The transfer of Hajj Shares to BPKH was carried out as the implementation of the Stipulation of the South Jakarta District Court number 818/Pdt.P/2024/PN JKT.SEL. BPKH is the financial manager of Hajj by the mandate of Law Number 34 of 2014 concerning Hajj Financial Management and Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 110 of 2017 concerning the Hajj Financial Management Agency. 

The change in share ownership composition has been reported to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) by POJK 4 Year 20. Financial Services Authority following the provisions of POJK 4 Year 2024 regarding Ownership Reports or Any Change in Share Ownership of a Public Company and the Activity of Pledging Shares of a Public Company. Public Company. 

Hajj Shareholders or their heirs who can prove their ownership of Bank Muamalat shares can apply for the transfer of Bank Muamalat shares from BPKH to them. The application can be submitted via electronic mail to investor.relations@bankmuamalat.co.id by including a copy of the share certificate of Bank Muamalat and the identity of the Hajj Shareholder and shall be followed by the submission of the required original documents.
