Muamalat Launches the Latest Frontliner Uniform

Jakarta, July 6, 2018 - Bank Muamalat (PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk) held the launch of a new uniform at Muamalat Tower, this uniform will be reserved for frontliners located in all branch offices in Indonesia and will come into effect today (6/7).


The new uniforms are combined with batik motifs that reflect the wisdom of a local Indonesian bank. In addition, the new uniform design also adopts the dominant colors of the corporation which consists of purple, orange and green and has its own meaning and symbolizes the culture of the Muamalat Islamic, Modern and Professional / IDEAL culture.


Operational Director of Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Awaldi said, "As a form of Bank Muamalat's excellent service, there needs to be a strategic and visionary step to continue to improve the image of Bank Muamalat as a sharia financial service provider that emphasizes Islamic, Modern and Professional values."
 

Bank Muamalat launched three models of uniforms with dominant colors of Purple, Orange and Green, which were worn on weekdays determined by company policy. As a sharia banking pioneer, Bank Muamalat has unique characteristics that characterize Bank Muamalat compared to other banks. Purple color that articulates the meaning of establishment, orange color that symbolizes attractive and dynamic and green color that has a fresh universal meaning and reflects the Islamic values.


Awaldi added, "Bank Muamalat's excellent service quality is realized gradually through improvements in all aspects, we present the essence of the implementation of corporate values ​​and one of them this time we realize through new uniform innovations for the frontline of Bank Muamalat. Based on Bank Muamalat's survey for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 2017 for People (Teller, CS and Security) and Tangible (Parking, Banking Hall and ATM) ratings 95.5% customer satisfaction on Bank Muamalat service.
