Whistleblowing System Implementation
BMI is committed to implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principle to create a healthy business environment driven by integrity and align to the culture of IDEAL (Islamic, Modern, Professional). In order to ensure that this commitment is consistently upheld, BMI provides a Whistleblowing System (WBS) as a means for employeess, customers, and business partners to report suspected fraud, legal violations, ethical codes breach, or conflicts or interest committed by BMI’s internal parties.

Whistleblowing Criteria
- Reporter must inform his/her identity, either in the form of name (can be anonymous), or contact number/e-mail address.
- Reported must include the following at the minimum:
· Indication of violation or fraud that occurred (what) · Perpetrators involved in the violation (who) · Time and Location of the violation (when & where) · Initial evidence or document of the violation
We shall further process any report that meets all of the criteria specified above.
Protection for Whistleblowers
BMI shall provide protection to the whistleblower in form of guarantees of confidentiality regarding the whistleblower’s identity as well as the contents of the report.
