Announcement of Winners for the

Bank Muamalat proudly announces the winners of the "Ajak Teman Hijrah" Customer Get Customer Program Phase 2, drawn on August 21, 2024. The draw has been certified by a Notary, the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos), and the Social Affairs Office (Dinsos), ensuring transparency and fairness in every step.

 

What is the "Ajak Teman Hijrah" Customer Get Customer Program?

Customer Get Customer, also known as "Ajak Teman Hijrah," is a referral program organized by Bank Muamalat. This program is open to everyone except Bank Muamalat employees. Through this program, customers can become affiliates by inviting others who are not yet Bank Muamalat customers to join via the MDIN application (Bank Muamalat's mobile banking).

 

To participate in this draw, participants must successfully invite a minimum of 11 people in accordance with the program's terms and conditions. The grand prize in this draw is funds for one Hajj quota, with a total of 27 winners.

The winners will also be contacted by Bank Muamalat through the following channels:

  1. SalaMuamalat 1500016
  2. Notification Letter via SalaMuamalat Email

 

Prize Claim Process

Winners are required to claim their prizes by visiting the Bank Muamalat Branch assigned in the notification email, bringing along the necessary documents. The documents that need to be prepared are as follows:

  1. Winner Notification Letter* sent by Bank Muamalat via SalaMuamalat.
  2. Winner's Statement Letter* that has been certified and stamped.
  3. Prize Disbursement Request Letter*.
  4. Photocopy of ID (KTP) as proof of identity.
  5. Softcopy of MDIN Main Page Screenshot displaying the account number used in the program.
  6. Power of Attorney (if the claim is represented) that has been stamped with Rp10,000,-.

*The format will be sent along with the winner notification email.

All claim documents must be submitted to Bank Muamalat.

 

Prize Handing Over

After the claim process is completed, a symbolic handover of the prize will take place at the designated branch. The winner will also be asked to take photos and provide a video testimonial as proof of the prize handover.

 

Claim Deadline

Winners are expected to claim their prizes within 7 (seven) days after being contacted by Bank Muamalat. If no claim is made by the winner, the prize will be treated as an Unclaimed Prize (HTDP) and Bank Muamalat reserves the right to transfer the unclaimed prize to the authorized institution in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

 

The decision of the winners is final and cannot be changed.

Beware of fraud! The prize claim process is free of charge. If you receive suspicious communications, immediately contact SalaMuamalat at 1500016 or visit the nearest branch.
