Indonesian citizen domiciled in Jakarta, born in Jakarta on December 9, 1971. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia (1996). Currently, he is the Head of Corporate Affairs of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk based on Decree No. 010/HCE/KEP/XII/2018 and effective since 14 December 2018.

He started his career as Assistant Manager, Priority Banking at PT Bank Duta Tbk (1998-1999) and Senior Assistant Manager, Investor Relations Development (1999-2002) at PT Bank Universal Tbk. Subsequently, he joined the Merger Team, Change Management, Merger Integration Office, 5 Bank Mergers (Indonesia Bank Restructuring Agency & Accenture) in 2002-2003. Afterward, he served as Senior Manager, Investor Relations Development of PT Bank Permata Tbk (2003-2006). He then worked at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk for 12 years and held various positions including Vice President, Investor Relations & Reporting Head (2006-2014), Vice President, Strategy & Performance Management Head (2014-2015), Vice President, CEO Office Head (2015), and Vice President, Board Office Head (2015-2018).

Hayunaji does not have concurrent positions or hold other positions other than PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. He also has no affiliation, either financial or family relationship with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, as well as Main and Controlling Shareholders.
