Bank Muamalat Held The Event of Wprld Hajj & Umroh Convention

Alhamdulillah Bank Muamalat has held the event of "World Hajj Umrah Convention" which held at the Ballroom Muamalat Tower-Jakarta (12/10/2017). The event was attended by representatives from several Middle Eastern countries such as Iraq, Mauritania, and Libya.

However, this increase has been out paced by the number of Indonesian citizens wishing to embark on the pilgrimage as reflected by the number of those who have registered. Since 2005, three million of Indonesian citizens registered whereas only 2 million quota were issued in the same period.

The total number of pilgrims that are currently within the waiting period stands at 423,000 with an average waiting period of 17 years, with 7 years being the shortest waiting period and can be as extreme as 30 years.
