Description

Customer Referral Program for opening new accounts via Muamalat DIN using the Customer Referral code available in the Invite Friends Muamalat DIN feature, directed to colleagues/family/associates who are not yet customers of Bank Muamalat.

Terms & Conditions

1. Affiliator is a Bank Muamalat customer who acquires new customers by sharing their referral code with potential customers.

2. The program is valid for all Bank Muamalat customers except for Bank Muamalat employees.

3. Every Muamalat DIN user is eligible to become an affiliator with the referral code provided through the Muamalat DIN application.

4. Affiliators are entitled to receive an additional balance of IDR 25,000 if:

a. They successfully refer a potential customer to become a new Bank Muamalat customer through the Muamalat DIN application.

b. The new customer enters the affiliator’s referral code during the account opening process via Muamalat DIN. Valid for savings accounts with a minimum balance of IDR 50,000.

c. The new customer makes an initial deposit of at least IDR 100,000 and performs an online transfer/payment transaction during the program period.

d. If points b and c are successfully completed, the new customer will receive an additional balance of IDR 10,000.

Reward for Extra Balance
Affiliator	New Customer
The new customer being acquired must be eligible according to the program terms. Reward of IDR 25,000 per new customer credited to the affiliator's account. Reward is recorded in the data every month and credited in the following month. The referral code used must match the affiliator's code.	The new customer must meet the program requirements by top up with a balance of at least IDR 100,000 and conducting a minimum of 1 transfer transaction to a new account. The new customer will receive an additional second reward in the form of a cashback balance of IDR 10,000 upon making their first QRIS transaction via Muamalat DIN (following the terms of the Cashback 10K For 1^stTransaction M QRIS program) The reward will be credited to the new customer's account in the following month after meeting the requirements.

5. Affiliators who have received the direct reward in the first month are still entitled to receive the reward in the following months.

6. The program organizer's decision is final and cannot be contested.

7. The additional balance reward for affiliators is applicable to new customers who register with Muamalat DIN using an individual affiliator code. Terms and conditions may change based on the program organizer's decision.

8. The organizer may, at their discretion, modify the terms and conditions of the program or disqualify participants who do not meet the requirements or are suspected of cheating or abusing the program’s terms.
