1	*Q: What is the Hijrah Cendekia Special Gift promo?* A: it is a promotional program where customers who purchase a Hijrah Cendekia policy with a minimum Contribution of IDR 5,000,000 (accumulation applies per policy holder if the customer purchases >1 policy) will receive an additional exclusive Hijrah Cendekia tumbler. The gift is limited to the first 34 customers (based on policy issued date).
2	*Q: Who is eligible for this program?* A: This program is open to all Customers who purchase the Hijrah Cendekia product and meet the minimum contribution requirement during the promo period (May 1-29, 2026)
3	*Q: Is the voucher/cashback reward program still valid?* A: Yes, the shopping voucher/cashback reward per policyholder with a minimum accumulated Contribution of IDR 5,000,000 (multiples apply) remains valid. During this period (May 1 – 29, 2026), Customers will also receive an additional gift of exclusive Hijrah Cendekia tumbler.
4	*Q: Can I get more than one tumbler if I purchase multiple policies?* A: Tumbler gifts are not valid for multiples. If a Customer purchases more than one policy, the total contribution will be accumulated across all policies.

9	*Q: What happens if I cancel the policy during the freelook period?* A: Customers who cancel their policy during the freelook period will not be eligible to receive the gift.
10	*Q: Can the gift be exchanged for cash or other items?* A: No, the gift cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
11	*Q: What if the quota of 34 customers has been reached?* A: Once the quota has been fulfilled, the program will no longer apply, even if it still within the promotion period.
