The Bank's Customer Service will directly coordinate with the Telkomsel team.
Telkomsel will review the complaint within a maximum of 1x24 hours.
If the transaction fails, Telkomsel will inform the Bank's Customer Service.

 2. If the customer complains to Telkomsel’s Call Center (188)

Telkomsel's Call Center will coordinate with the Digital Channel Team.
The Digital Channel Team will immediately coordinate with the Aggregator/Switching Team.
The Aggregator or Switching Team will verify whether the transaction was successful or failed.
If the transaction fails, the Aggregator will notify Telkomsel.
