Program Description

Savings program for Hajj pilgrimage needs that provides appreciation/prizes to Customers and Hajj partners who have collaborated with Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI)

Individual Customer, both New and Existing Customer

Program Period

February 9 until December 31 2026

Gift

1. Direct Gift

For Customers, the gift are prayer mat or gimmicks

2. Top Up Fee - Aggregator

For Aggregator (Mitra Haji), the gift are money (cash)

3. Grand Prize

1 Umrah Package for the Customer and partner;
3 Motor Fazzio Hybrid; dan
4 Gold Metals/ LM @5 gram.

Term & Conditions

1. Direct Gift

a) Applicable to New or Existing Customers (those who have not yet received the Rindu Haji 2025 gift;

b) Customers are required to top up balance in Tabungan iB Hijrah Haji and activate a Standing Instruction (SI) or monthly savings with the following conditions: :

Min. top-up balance from IDR 5.000.000,-+ monthly savings min. IDR 250.000,-	According to the waiting period or Customer needs	Prayer mat or gimmick

c) The source of funds for top-up must be fresh funds which must be proven with proof of transfer receipt;

d) Eligible Customers will only receive one gift during the program period;

e) The gift are prayer mat or gimmick worth the value stipulated in point 1.b;

f) Account Tabungan iB Hijrah Haji must be flagged with the promotion code = RINDU_2_RM;

g) The gift may not be in the form of cash, e-money, or vouchers; dan

h) The gift are given directly by the RM Branch to Customers who comply with the program provisons.

2. Top Up Fee – Aggregator

a) Only for to Mitra Haji who have collaboratd with Bank Muamalat;

b) Mitra Haji have to following conditions:

c) The source of funds for top-up must be fresh funds which must be proven with proof of transfer receipt;

d) The gift are money (cash) = IDR 40.000,- / account;

e) Account Tabungan iB Hijrah Haji must be flagged with the promotion code = RINDU_2_MITRA; and

f) The gift are paid monthly by the Head Office during program period.

3. Grand Prize

a) Applicable to the 8 Customers with the highest increase in Average Balance (SRR).

b) Not applicable to Customers who have won the Rindu Haji 2025 grand prize, BMI employees, and their family members;

c) Customers have the opportunity to win the grand prize if their current month's Average Balance (SRR) increases by at least IDR 20 million compared to the January 2026 SRR in Tabungan iB Hijrah Haji, the source of funds must be fresh funds, and can be proven by an increase in the Customer's overall AUM balance at Bank Muamalat Indonesia;

d) Must activate a Standing Instruction (SI) or monthly savings min. IDR 100.000,- with a term according to the Customer's waiting period or needs;

e) The source of funds for top-up must be fresh funds;

f) The winners of the grand prize are the 8 Customers with the highest SRR increase according to point 3.b during the program period (without drawing) with the following provisions:

h) The winner will be announced maximum on January 31, 2026 via website and social media of Bank Muamalat; and

i) Umrah departures will be in accordance with the Bank’s schedule and policies.
