Terms & Conditions

1. Program Rindu Haji – Gift Direct to Customer

a) For New Customer or Existing Customer;

b) Customer have to following conditions :

Minimum top-up balance from IDR 2.500.000,- to less than IDR 5.000.000,-+ monthly savings minimum IDR 100.000,-	According to the waiting period or customer needs	prayer mat or gimmick
Minimum top-up balance from IDR 5.000.000,-+ monthly savings minimum IDR 250.000,-	According to the waiting period or customer needs	prayer mat or gimmick

Notes: Top-up on Tabungan iB Hijrah Haji

c) The source of funds for top-up must be fresh funds which must be proven with proof of transfer receipt;

d) Customers who meet the program conditions will only receive 1 Direct Prize during the program period;

e) The gift are prayer mat worth the value stipulated in point b;

f) Account Tabungan iB Hijrah Haji has benn registered with the promotion code = RINDU_RM; and

g) The gift are given directly by the Branch to Customers who comply with the program provisons.

2. Program Rindu Haji – Gift to Aggregator

a) Only for to Mitra Haji who have collaboratd with Bank Muamalat;

b) Mitra Haji have to following conditions:

c) The source of funds for top-up must be fresh funds which must be proven with proof of transfer receipt; and

d) The gift are money (cash) = IDR 40.000,- / account;

3. Program Rindu Haji - Grand Prize

a) For New Customer or Existing Customer;

b) Customer have the opportunity to win a grand prize if there is an increase in the current month’s of Saldo Rata-rata (SRR) to the June 2025 SRR with minimum IDR 10.000.000,- on Tabungan iB Hijrah Haji.

c) The source of funds for top-up must be fresh funds;

d) The grand prize is One Umrah Package for the customer and partner;

e) The winner of the grand prize is the customer with the highest growth SRR on Tabungan iB Hijrah Haji during the program period ;

f) Grand prize that have been obtained can be transferred, but cannot be exchanged for cash;

g) The winner will be announced at the end of the program period; and

h) Umrah departures will be in accordance with the Bank’s schedule and policies.
