What steps should be taken if a customer has a complaint?

1. If the customer complains through the Bank's Call Center.
  • The Bank's Customer Service will directly coordinate with the Telkomsel team.
  • Telkomsel will review the complaint within a maximum of 1x24 hours.
  • If the transaction fails, Telkomsel will inform the Bank's Customer Service.

 

2. If the customer complains to Telkomsel’s Call Center (188)

  • Telkomsel's Call Center will coordinate with the Digital Channel Team.
  • The Digital Channel Team will immediately coordinate with the Aggregator/Switching Team.
  • The Aggregator or Switching Team will verify whether the transaction was successful or failed.
  • If the transaction fails, the Aggregator will notify Telkomsel.
