The text of Ayat 1000 Dinar is found in Surah At-Talaq 2–3:

fa idzâ balaghna ajalahunna fa amsikûhunna bima‘rûfin au fâriqûhunna bima‘rûfiw wa asy-hidû dzawai ‘adlim mingkum wa aqîmusy-syahâdata lillâh, dzâlikum yû‘adhu bihî mang kâna yu'minu billâhi wal-yaumil-âkhir, wa may yattaqillâha yaj‘al lahû makhrajâ (2). wa yarzuq-hu min ḫaitsu lâ yaḫtasib, wa may yatawakkal ‘alallâhi fa huwa ḫasbuh, innallâha bâlighu amrih, qad ja‘alallâhu likulli syai'ing qadrâ (3).

Meaning:

“Then, when they are about to reach the end of their waiting period, either retain them honorably or part with them honorably, and call to witness two just men from among you and establish the testimony for Allah. This is an admonition for those who believe in Allah and the Last Day. Whoever is mindful of Allah, He will make a way out for them (2). And He will provide for them from where they do not expect. Whoever relies upon Allah, then He is sufficient for them. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has set a measure for everything (3).” (QS. At-Talaq: 2–3)
