The new Bank Muamalat Debit Card with NSICCS technology

For those of you who already have a Bank Muamalat savings account with ATM card facilities, you must be very familiar with the types of regular cards and gold. For regular purple and gold colored cards. Well, currently Bank Muamalat has issued a new ATM card version for both regular and gold cards. For both types of cards, both of them have already used Visa services so that they can be used to transact at ATMs abroad, provided that they have a Visa logo.

 

For the new type of card that is currently using NSICCS technology. What is the NSICC Debit Shar-e Card? NSICCS Shar-e Debit Card is an ATM / Debit card that is equipped with chip technology that is placed on the front of the ATM Card / Debit Card side, this chip has been added to various applications that can encrypt data so that data can be stored more safely.

 

Well, there are several benefits of using this NSICCS Chip technology for customers, including the following:

  1. The use of chip and 6-digit PIN technology standards is intended to improve the security and convenience of using ATM Cards / Debit Cards in transactions in the Indonesian territory because it is equipped with an encrypted data application so that it will be difficult to fake.
  2. Transaction verification on the Chip card requires a Personal Identification Number (PIN), so that card security will be better maintained because the card will always be under the supervision of the customer.

For those of you who are still using an old ATM card, you can make a new card change at the local Bank Muamalat branch, huh. Card changes can also be made at all Bank Muamalat branches throughout Indonesia until November 16, 2018. Please note that card changes must be done directly by the card holder and cannot be authorized, so customers must come directly to the branch office of Bank Muamalat.
