Pay PLN bills? Use Mobile Banking and Internet Banking!

Assalaamu’alaikum Bmers! 

Good news for customers of Bank Muamalat who have registered their savings accounts through Muamalat Mobile Banking and Muamalat Internet Banking, currently there are new features available for PLN token purchase transactions through both. So you will be easier in filling out your electricity account everyday.

 

For types of transactions that can be done through Muamalat Mobile Banking or Muamalat Internet Banking, among others are Prepaid / Electricity Tokens, Postpaid (monthly postpaid electricity bills) and Non Taglis (new installment bills, power down, power ups, special fines or types of non-payment bills other electricity from PLN).

 

We will inform you in general about the procedures for payment of PLN both through mobile banking and internet banking. On mobile banking, after logging in you can choose the "top up" menu, then select the PLN icon and continue by selecting the transaction icon as needed (prepaid, postpaid, or non taglis). After that you can enter the customer ID / meter number and press the process. After the Inquiry results are displayed, select the number of tokens then enter TIN and press the process. If the transaction is successful, the PLN transaction receipt will appear with the electricity token number in it (the automatic transaction receipt will be stored in the photo folder). While on Internet Banking after logging in, select the "Prepaid Refill" menu, on the utility type bill type then select the menu according to the required transaction (prepaid, postpaid, or non taglis). Then enter the customer iD / meter number and select further. On the confirmation screen select the nominal to be purchased then enter the mPasscode code and select "continue". Well, it's pretty easy right? So now you can just use your finger for the PLN charging transaction without the need to be complicated.
