Bank’s partner, Collecting Agent (CA) and Loket/Payment Point (PP)

Who is Bank’s partner?
|
|
Business entity in the form of PT or CV which is associated with Bank Muamalat also act as a coordinator and Bank’s collaborator to educate and supervise CAs and Lokets. Bank’s partner is accountable to the Bank and manages of minimum 100 CA network and Loket.

Who is Collecting Agent (CA)?
|

Individual or business entity who is responsible of the Loket/Payment Point (PP) and acts as a coordinator and Bank’s collaborator to educate and supervise Lokets, technically and administratively including make deposits for each Loket.

|
|
Individual or business entity who is responsible in accepting payment from customers. Also act as the first handler for customer complaints and to escalate them to CA/Bank’s partner/Bank.

Individuals, cooperation/Baitul Maal, foundation, Bank Perkreditan Rakyat/Syariah, PT, CV and else as long as it has more than 1 Loket to whom it is responsible for their deposits.

Computer with Pentium 4 CPU, keyboard, mouse, monitor, LX 300 printer/others also an internet connection.

What to do if CA/Loket does not hanye any change?
|
|
a) Loket is allowed to round off the transaction’s nominal based on both party’s agreement.
b) Bank will not be held responsible for mistakes made by CA/Loket related to change payment.

How much investment needed to have a CA/computer/laptop Loket/smartphone Loket? When will it breakeven?
|
|
a) For computer/laptop Loket: Rp2-4 million depend on the type and price of recpective hardware.
b) For smartphone Loket: Rp2-3 million depend on the type and price of recpective hardware
c) Break event point will be reached depend on the transactions acquired and fees tiering along with operational cost such as internet connection, electricity, receipt paper, operator’s salary, etc.

TERM AND CONDITION FOR GERAI MUAMALAT
GERAI MUAMALAT REGISTRATION
- Loket Gerai Muamalat is an individual/legal entity/business entity/other institution which utilize Bank Muamalat’s Payment Point Online.
- Individual/institutions mentioned in point 1 can apply to be Loket Gerai Muamalat online through https://www.ido-sinergy.com/modul/daftarbmi/ or by register themselves at nearest Bank Muamalat’s branch.
- Next, Loket administrator will receive user ID, default password and virtual account number.
- To complete the registration, Loket must download Gerai Muamalat application via:
- Smartphone apps at Google Play Store with keyword “PPOB Muamalat” / “Gerai Muamalat”.
- Computer application at https://www.aplikasippob.com:8081/APPPPOB.jnlp.
GERAI MUAMALAT ACTIVATION
- Loket Gerai Muamalat to make initial deposit and login afterwards at their apps.
- Subsequently, Loket to confirm their initial deposit and login to Gerai Muamalat’s Call Center.
- Loket Gerai Muamalat will be asked to change their password.
- New Password must consist of combination of two uppercases, lowercases and numbers.
GERAI MUAMALAT TRANSACTION MECHANISM
- It is mandatory for Loket administrator to activate Gerai Muamalat (section B) before they are able to receive any payments.
- Before payment, Customer will inform Loket administrator their bill details (customer ID/bill number/payment code).
- Loket administrator will check the payment data and confirm the bill issuance
- Loket will inform bill details and the amount that must be paid.
- Customer will confirm the bill and pay in the amount as previously informed by Loket.
- Following customer’s confirmation, Loket will continue the bill payment.
- System will show notification once the transaction succeed and Loket will be able to print the receipt.
- Loket administrator must ensure their deposit balance sufficiency before performing any payment/top up transaction.
- System will not be able to process any transaction if deposit balance is less than customer’s payment/top up request.
- Bank Muamalat will take no responsibility upon any human erorr made by Loket asministrator during bill payment input.
TRANSACTION RECEIPT
Receipt that which given to customer as a proof that the bill/top up has been paid and succeed in Gerai Muamalat system, is valid.
USER ID, PASSWORD AND VIRTUAL ACCOUNT NUMBER
- Loket administrator will receive user ID, password dan Virtual Account number after registration at a branch or online is completed.
- Loket data such as user ID, password dan Virtual Account number will be sent to administrator via e-mail.
- Loket administrator must keep aforementioned data private by not telling their user ID and password to other party.
- Loket administrator must report to Bank Muamalat if their user ID and/or password has been discovered by other party.
GERAI MUAMALAT TRANSACTION LIMIT
Transaction limit is fund transferred by Loket to Bank Muamalat via Virtual Account and its amount will determine the transaction nominal which can be proceed.
GERAI MUAMALAT BLOCKAGE
- If Loket administrator has been inactive in Gerai Muamalat apps for 6 (six) months, started from the last activity, their Gerai Muamalat service system will be blocked.
- Loket administrator can ask for blockage cancellation to Bank Muamalat (Call Center PPOB/SalaMuamalat/branch).
FORCE MAJEURE
Customer will not issue any charge upon Bank Muamalat if the Bank cannot complete, whether half or fully, customer’s instruction during circumstances or causes outside of Bank Muamalat’s authority or capability, which including but not limited to natural disaster, war, turmoil, hardware condition, system or transmission malfunction, electrical disruption, telecommunication disturbance, goverment policy also other occasions or causes which are unavoidable.
OTHER TERMS KETENTUAN LAINNYA
Hereby customer is bound and submit themselves to terms and consitions set by Bank Muamalat and any form of changes will be notified by the Bank through any medium.
