Can I use other bank’s ATM card at ATM Muamalat?

Yes, you can. ATM Muamalat receives any debit card with Link, ATM Bersama and Prima logo for withdrawal, balance inquiry and internetwork bank transfer. For foreign debit card with Visa/Plus and Mastercard/Cirrus, only cash withdrawal and balance inquiry available.

How much money that I can withdraw per session?

Maximum withdrawal per session is Rp2.000.000 at both ATM Muamalat with Rp50.000 or Rp100.000 denomination

Does every transaction done at ATM Muamalat will be charged with administrative fee?

Yes, you can still use the ATM for noncash transactions such as Balance Inquiry, Top Ups, Mini Statement Printing, Money Transfer, PIN Changing, Payments, etc.

If the ATM runs out of receipt, is it still operational?

Yes, you can still use the ATM for transactions other than Money Transfer, Payments, Top Ups..

What should I do if any problem encountered during transaction, for example: the withdrawn money does not fully dispensed?

At the beginning of the month, bills from respective biller have not been issued yet.

Try to complete the payment far before the due date because during that time, transactions traffic reach its peak.

What should I do if my top up payment transaction has completed but my phone credit does not increased?

How to avoid inputing wrong number during transfer, payment or top up?

Please recheck and make sure every fields correctly filled as confirmation message displayed on ATM screen.

How to transact safely in ATM?

· Please keep your ATM PIN private and cover your hands while inputing the PIN number.

· Immediately cancel your transaction and report to respective bank if you find suspicious object or cable at the ATM body.

· During your turn to use the ATM, make sure the person behind you cannot see your PIN or card number. You can use small reflector attached near ATM screen to check people behind you.

· Check your transaction receipt before leaving the ATM and keep the receipt.

· If your cash withdrawal process has been completed, immediately take the card and money not later than 60 seconds, or the ATM will retract your card and cash automatically.

· Avoid counting your money in public.
