Muamalat Digital Integrated Access is an internet banking facility for non-individual customers with a choice of Advanced and Basic features that allows customers to monitor and carry out non-cash banking transactions for all accounts at Bank Muamalat in real time online through the internet network using a web browser on a computer or other possible device.

Product Feature

1.       MADINA Advanced

  • The initial implementation/setting of MADINA is carried out by the Bank.
  • Users to make transactions are registered and managed by the Customer himself through the Admin Maker and Admin Approver users.
  • The user level consists of Maker, Checker, Approver.
  • There are Function & Group (FAG) settings and Transaction Agreements (Signatory Relationship) for users involved in transactions.
  • Menus that can be accessed are in accordance with the MADINA features available for both transactions and information.

2.       MADINA Basic

  • Users are registered and managed by the Bank.
  • The user level consists of Maker and Approver.
  • There are no Function & Group (FAG) arrangements and Transaction Agreements (Signatory Relationship).
  • Menus that can be accessed are in accordance with the features that apply to both transactions and information.

  • Valid for legal entity/non-individual customers (not individuals)
  • Have an active non-individual current and/or savings account at Bank Muamalat
  • Fill out and sign the MADINA Service Application (Forms, Terms and Conditions, and Power of Attorney (specifically for MADINA Advanced)

  • Implementation Fee = Free
  • Monthly Administration Fee = Free
  • Hard Token fee (initial registration) = Rp. 100,000/token
  • Hard Token fee (added user/battery run out/damaged/lost) = Rp. 300,000/token
