Bank Muamalat had acquired the license to perform custodian service from Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) Capital Market on October 22^nd 2024 with the reference number KEP-50/PM.02/2024.

Main Feature

Fund Service is a service provided by Bank Muamalat as Custodian Bank to administer, calculate the valuation and monitor securities portfolio in the form of managed fund  in accordance with sharia principles such as Mutual Fund Sharia and Discretionary Fund Sharia.

Contract

• Akad Ijarah. Contract used on safekeeping
• Akad Wakalah bil Ujrah. Contract used on transaction handling

Requirement

• Agree to appoint Bank Muamalat as Custodian Bank
• Signing Custodian Service Agreement or Collective Investment Contract accompanied by supporting documents
• Open an account in Bank Muamalat in accordance with the terms and conditions

Fee Structure

• Fund Services fee as stated at Fee Structured that agreed by Customer
• Out of Pocket Fee
