Customer data and their savings in the Bank are considered confidential and must be protected by the Bank. Any exceptions to this rule will be governed by applicable laws and regulations. The MDIN application is designed to ensure confidentiality and security for our customers. To achieve this, Bank Muamalat employs 2048 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which provides a high level of protection for communication between the customer's device and Bank Muamalat's servers. To further enhance security, the MDIN application employs a timeout session method, which will automatically log out the user after 5 (five) minutes of inactivity.
Furthermore, Bank Muamalat is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all MDIN user data. Only authorized personnel are granted access to this information, and they are required to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines. Bank Muamalat will not disclose this data to third parties without the express permission of the customer. We take the protection of customer data very seriously and regularly remind our employees of the importance of safeguarding customer information.
