Prohajj Plus is a financing product from Bank Muamalat where the Bank and certified hajj travel or Hajj Plus Organizer (PIHK) offer you a service to book your hajj plus quota today without you having to pay the full deposit upfront. Alternatively, you can pay it monthly after we book your hajj plus quota.

Opening Conditions
- Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia.
- Age minimum 21 years old and not older than 56 years for Fixed Income individuals, or 65 years for Non-Fixed Income individuals, at the time of financing maturity.
- Employed customers (permanent or contract), Self-employed, or Professionals are allowed to apply.
- Minimum 3 months working as an employee or professionals, or running a business (if self-employed).
- Minimum income of IDR 7,000,000 per month
- Willing to pay the initial financing fee as required by the terms.

Normally, Ujroh has to be paid one time upfront in order for a service provider to provide their service. However, Bank Muamalat provides a scheme that allows customers to pay it one time after one type of service, and monthly. |

What are Qardh and Ijarah Multijasa? |
Qardh refers to an interest-free loan (financing) in Islamic finance, where one party lends money to another without charging any interest or profit, and the borrower is only obligated to repay the principal amount. In this arrangement, Bank Muamalat lends money to its customers to pay a certain amount of the Hajj Plus booking fee (specifically for the booking fee only, excluding other services). Ijarah Multijasa is a type of Islamic financing product that provides financing for multiple services or benefits, typically related to hajj or umrah pilgrimage. In this arrangement, the services provided by the Bank and Hajj Plus Organizers (PIHK) include the financing approval process (including its system), delivery service, registration service (registering to the Ministry of Religious Affairs), and document safekeeping service. It's a bundled service package where the customer pays a fee (ujroh) for the services provided. |

What is RTJU? |
RTJU refers to the Rekening Tabungan Jamaah-haji Utang which basically a Hajj Pilgrims Savings Account specifically for financing purposes. This saving account is purposely used for financing disbursement. Then, the disbursement funds is transferred to pay Hajj Plus quota booking fee. This account is also used to debit other fees related to this financing. |

Are the Customers allowed to request a refund of ujroh, after disbursment? |
No. Ujroh that is paid upfront is not allowed to be refunded after disbursement. Ujroh that is paid upfront is used as compensation after the Bank has completed an assessment of the Customer’s financing application (including the charge for using the systems that facilitates the process), as well as compensation for acquisition process. |
