Muamalat Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking Muamalat is one of Muamalat Mobile app features, the other features are Internet Banking Muamalat, ATM/Branch Locator, Product Info, SalaMuamalat 1500016 (call center), Qibla Finder, Salat Schedule, Registration Information, and Language Setting. Muamalat Mobile will assist both your financial and nonfinancial transaction in real time 24 hours/day.

 

Mobile Banking Muamalat Benefits 

  1. Financial transaction can be done anytime and anywhere through your smartphone. 
  2. Register and activate your Mobile Banking Muamalat easily via Muamalat Mobile apps. 
  3. Secure, protected by user ID, password and Transaction Identification Number (TIN) along with transaction limit. 
  4. Save your frequent transaction in “Favorite”. 
  5. Option to do recurring transfer by daily, weekly or monthly basis. 
  6. Digital transaction receipt can be share directly to social media or chat messenger app. 

 Term and Condition for Mobile Banking Muamalat Usage 

  1. Individual customer. 
  2. Held a saving account and Muamalat Shar-E Debit Card. 
  3. The mobile number has been recorded in Bank database. 
  4. Android or iOS based smartphone with compatible operating system version. 
  5. Complete the registration process via Muamalat Mobile apps or at nearest ATM Muamalat or Customer Service. 

 Fees 

  1. No monthly fees. 
  2. Data usage fees (4G/3G/GPRS), depend of each telco provider. 
  3. On certain transaction, there will be some fee charged upon it. For example, transfer to other bank, Telkomsel top up and Telkom payment.
